FRIDAY 26.7. DAYTRIP - DÍVČÍ SKOK
Friday 26th July - Ukulele day trip
This year we are hosted by the Dívčí Skok restaurant in the beautiful nature reserve of Divoká Šárka (Wild Šárka).
The restaurant is located about 15 minutes walk from the Divoká Šárka tram stop, which is the final stop on the route numbers 20 and 26 which run from Dejvice metro.
There is no car access to the venue, but parking is available in the streets of the Liboc on the Southern side of Evropská street. There is also a big car park at the Džbán reservoir another which is 15 minutes walk in the other direction.
We start at 15.00 and finish at 22.00, there is a bus for performers and for others who have accommodation organised in Únětice as the public bus route is not good after 22.30. If you want to travel with festival bus, please contact Ben! For others who are staying in Horoměřice or other locations there are good public transport links with bus numbers 316 and 356 leaving the Bořislavka bus stop, or the 355 from Dejvice.
At the end of the performance you can either walk back up the hill to the Divoká Šárka tram stop or carry on walking down the valley to Jeneralka where you can pick up the buses to Horoměřice and Únětice, this is a lovely walk but will take at least 30 minutes.
About 100m from the location, there is a large public swimming pool, so bring your swimming gear :)
Please note, that Dívčí Skok is in a lovely nature location, the owners also have the meadow leading to the stream. You will be welcome to sit there, chat and play, but all food and drink must stay in the grounds of the restaurant. Thank you.
